In November 2012 we reached a milestone - the RNCM turned 40! Over four decades, more than 5,500 students have passed through the doors of the College, many of whom are now shaping the artistic world in the UK and across the globe.
Performance is at the heart of what we do and earlier this year, we were named 7th in PRS for Music’s list of the UK’s 100 best live music venues, making us the only Manchester venue to feature in the top 10. We are very proud of the quality and diversity of our artistic programme and are delighted to be playing a major role in the cultural life of our city, Manchester.
