Sound Advice

The Sound Advice service helps graduates find out about employment and professional development opportunities as well as providing a service for promoters looking to engage graduates for performances.

Run by the Professional Engagements Team, Sound Advice offers RNCM graduates wide ranging support for their professional life which extends for several years after they have moved on from College.

This support includes:

  • A select number of professional engagements referred or co-ordinated for graduates registered on the Sound Advice Musicians Database
  • Help and advice on a wide range of topics, such as self-promotion and fee negotiation
  • Regular information for students and graduates on job opportunities
  • Information on practical workshops and training opportunities
