Conference & Catering at the RNCM

Catering provides three retail catering outlets – Brodsky, our new restaurant and bar choice, the Café and the Concert Bar. In addition we deliver hospitality to departments and cater for a number of private and corporate events throughout the year. So whatever your requirement, whether it be a working lunch, drinks reception, meeting with a light breakfast, workshop with lunch, seminar with homemade cakes and refreshments, lavish cocktail party or perhaps a formal dinner, we can work with you to make your event a culinary success!

We can also offer event dining from 10 to 300 people and can host a drinks and canapé reception for over 700.

Brodsky


Brodsky offers morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner every day, finishing with being a discerning choice for drinks through the later evening.

Opening times:
Monday to Friday: 11am - 8pm, food served 12noon to 7.30pm
Saturday: 5pm to 8pm, food served 5pm to 7.30pm
Sunday: Closed*

*restaurant is open during some events on Sundays, please call to check dates of opening.

In addition to our normal menu we offer a more formal pre-theatre dining experience, providing an extended Brodsky menu and a daily specials board. From 5pm we also offer a full service operation with our waiting staff taking drinks and food orders at your table. You can now book a table any day of the week (Monday to Saturday) for the Brodsky menu. To reserve your table call 0161 907 5353 or 0161 907 5252.

Café
Lounge on the sofas in our Café with freshly ground coffee, tea and soft drinks alongside a selection of hand-made sandwiches, soups, jacket potatoes, panini’s, cakes and pastries, available throughout the day and evening. We also offer an extensive salad bar, and hot dish of the day selection at lunchtimes and between 5pm- 6.30pm.

Monday - Friday: 8am to end of interval
Saturday: 8am-3.30 pm, 6pm to end of interval

Concert Bar
We serve an award winning selection of cask ales and other draught beers and lagers, along with whiskies and spirits and a great selection of wines. Drinks can be pre-ordered from the Concert bar for the interval.

Opening times
Monday - Saturday:  6pm -11pm
Sunday: As events are programmed (open 1 hour before the performance)

Please note that for all our catering venues, opening times vary during College vacations.
The catering department uses and supports Fairtrade products when ever possible. We also use locally sources foods when ever possible.
