Pre-event Food

Make an evening of it with a pre-event three course supper from 5.30pm in the eatery for just £18.95 (inclusive per person).If you fancy something a bit different and a little less formal, why not try our new tapas menu which is available before selected Jazz shows? Cream of Baby Leek and New Potato soup with snipped chives and served with walnut bread.
A Salad of Crisp Leaves, Bacon Lardons, Toasted Pine nuts and Sweet Cherry Tomatoes drizzled with Balsamic Glaze.
A Rosette of Sweet Melon enclosing a Tangy Raspberry Compote sprinkled with Maw Maw seeds.


Chargrilled Breast of Chicken on a bed of Tabouleh Cous Cous with a Honey and Thyme Jus.
Individual Steamed Shetland Salmon with Lemon Black Pepper and Fennel surrounded with Olive and Concasse dressing.
A Tian of Mushroom Risotto and Freshly Poached Egg with fresh Asparagus and Hollandaise Sauce.


Chocolate Dipped Brandy Snap basket filled with Banoffi Ice Cream and Fresh Banana.
A Selection of English Cheeses with Manchester Grown Apple Chutney and Biscuits.
Indulgent Strawberry Cheesecake with Red Berry Coulis and Chantilly cream.
