Cheques should be made payable to 'Royal Northern College of Music'.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit/debit cards. If you are paying by credit/debit card, don't forget to include the expiry date or issue number where applicable and a daytime telephone number so we can contact you with any queries.

A 50p per ticket adminisration charge will be added to bookings made by telephone.

Information on concessionary discounts for tickets

Under 18s in full-time education, students and senior citizens can obtain £2 off each ticket for all events listed as 'Promoted by RNCM' on production of appropriate identification. Claimants can purchase single tickets for just £5 for all events listed as 'Promoted by RNCM' on production of appropriate identification. For all other events please contact the Box Office for precise details of concessions (including wheelchair users) as they do vary according to the event promoter.

Information about ticket exchanges and refunds

The RNCM does not operate a refund policy. Please check your tickets as soon as you receive them, as we cannot refund money except in the case of a cancelled performance.

For events listed as ‘Promoted by RNCM’ we can credit your account with the cost of tickets if you are unable to attend. Tickets must be returned 24 hours in advance of the concert to the Box Office. Your credit minus a £1 administration fee per ticket can be used to purchase any other RNCM promoted events within the next 12 months. Please note this facility is not available for non-RNCM promoted performances.

Diasabled Patrons

For events listed as 'Promoted by RNCM' wheelchair users (+1) are entitled to 50% off. It is advisable to book your tickets well in advance to ensure that the seats you require are available. Call the Box Office for further details.
