Terms and conditions

Management reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request that latecomers await entry into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.

Tickets are sold subject to the right of the Management to make any cast, programme or seating changes made necessary by unforeseen circumstances.

Patrons wishing to purchase tickets at a concessionary rate must produce evidence of status for each concession required. Once tickets are purchased, money will not be refunded. All ticket exchanges are solely at the discretion of the Box Office Manager. Please examine your tickets at the time of purchase to ensure that all details are correct.

Within the RNCM Concert Hall and the RNCM Theatre, in accordance with licensing requirements, members of the audience are not allowed to stand or sit in the entries or gangways intersecting the seating or to sit or stand in any of the other gangways.
