Visitors to the RNCM should normally contact their home institution for support, in the first instance.
If your home institution has confirmed that their eduroam service is operating correctly, we may be able to offer limited support. For this, ask reception to contact the IT department.

Once your device is correctly configured for eduroam at the RNCM, it will work seamlessly at any other eduroam institution, without the need for reconfiguration.

Use of the any of the college's wireless networks, including eduroam, implies consent with the relevant sections of the Janet eduroam Policy, and the RNCM's IT Acceptable Use Policy (Section 2A of IT Policies v1.6). It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these policies.
