Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music is looking to recruit an exceptional administration and customer service professional to join its small and dedicated Marketing and Student Recruitment Team for a 12-month fixed-term period.

The RNCM is proud to create a positive and personal journey for all new students, and the work of the Admissions and Administration Assistant is integral to this. The ideal candidate will be a confident administrator who thrives on providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries from current and prospective applicants, inputting data, and maintaining records in accordance with College policies and UK Visa and Immigration regulations. The role also offers the opportunity to feed into the RNCM’s creative marketing and student recruitment campaigns.

Experience and knowledge of UK and international admissions at HE level is preferred, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with initiative, both alone and in collaboration with others.
