Located on Oxford Road, in between Manchester’s two universities, the RNCM is a world-leading conservatoire and one of the city’s busiest live music venues.

Presenting over 400 concerts each year, this exciting organisation is seeking a vibrant Café Shift Leader to join its Conference and Catering Department. The ideal candidate must be customer focussed, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.

Working an average of 35 hours per week, shifts are allocated via an annualised hours’ system, meaning that addition hours accrued during peak periods will be redeemed in August. Typical shifts are 7am – 2.30pm, 8am – 3.30pm and 2pm – 9.30pm and include weekend work.

The role also offers 20 days holiday, in addition to all bank holidays and Christmas closure (up to one week), a contributory company pension, meals whilst on duty, and training opportunities for personal and professional development.
