Development Manager (Individuals)

Salary Grade: Grade 6a, scale points 24 to 27, £27,285 to £29,799 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RNCM’s dynamic development team.

The RNCM is one of the world’s leading conservatoires and a destination of choice for outstanding music students, teachers, researchers and performing artists from across the world. It is also home to one of the UK’s busiest public arts venues, with a broad artistic offer that attracts large and diverse audiences.

The Development Manager (Individuals) will be responsible for looking after members of the Principal’s Circle (£1,000=£5,000 donors) and will work closely with the Head of Individual Giving to support objectives to grow unrestricted income to College from these individuals. The post holder will be a key ambassador for the College and must have the ability to represent the College to key stakeholders and potential supporters locally and nationally. The post holder will organise a high number of events, so being organised and efficient and having some experience of organising events and managing guest lists would be an advantage.

You will be joining a team of passionate, committed fundraisers. Your role will be to nurture existing relationships and secure new ones to support the RNCM’s ambitious fundraising goals.
