Development Manager (Individuals)

Salary Grade: Grade 6a, SCP 24 to 27, £27,830 to £30,395 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RNCM’s dynamic development team.

The Development Manager (Individuals) will be responsible for looking after members of the Principal’s Circle (£1,000=£5,000 donors) and will work closely with the Head of Individual Giving to support objectives to grow unrestricted income to College from these individuals. The post holder will be a key ambassador for the College and must have the ability to represent the College to key stakeholders and potential supporters locally and nationally. The post holder will organise a high number of events, so being highly organised and efficient is a must and having some experience of organising events would be an advantage.

You will be joining a team of passionate, committed fundraisers. Your role will be to nurture existing relationships and secure new ones to support the RNCM’s ambitious fundraising goals. You will be someone who enjoys meeting and engaging with people. You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with colleagues who are goal oriented and committed to success. This is a team which has doubled its fundraised income in 4 years and we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious colleague who can make a key contribution.
