Salary Grade: Grade 5, SCP 20-23, £27,396 - £29,762 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RNCM’s Development and Alumni Relations Team, in the midst of celebrating the RNCM’s 50th anniversary. The team generate over £2m philanthropic income a year, inspiring donors and alumni to be part of our ambition to define the future of music.
A key role within a dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated person with some experience of working in fundraising, who will drive and grow the base of our lower level giving schemes, including Membership, regular giving and in-building fundraising.
The Development Officer will sit within the Philanthropy and Partnerships sub-team and engage with both individual and corporate donors, supporting the research and cultivation of new donors and providing excellent stewardship. The post holder must be able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines on their own initiative with a positive and pro-active attitude, and enjoy working closely with colleagues, students and donors.
