Salary Grade: Grade 5, scale points 20 to 23, £24,771 to £27,025 per annum (pending pay review)

The RNCM is currently recruiting for an IT technician to join our small but experienced team.
Primarily responsible for first and second line support, the successful candidate will be part of a team of four supporting all of the College’s IT provision. Day-to-day work will include using our helpdesk ticketing system; Active Directory; Windows 8.1, 10 and Server 2012-2019; OS X; as well as helping users of varying levels of IT ability.
Excellent IT, problem solving and communications skills are expected, as is the drive and commitment to continuously learn and develop. In return, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a very broad range of IT related topics, scope to become involved in wider aspects of the work of the department, and broaden your experience and skillsets.
