A confident copywriter with a passion for storytelling, the postholder will manage all PR and media relations for the organisation, developing and disseminating engaging content that captures, strengthens and evolves the RNCM’s award-winning narrative, brand and identity.

With a proven track record of working in PR, the media and/or communications, the postholder will collaborate with colleagues across departments to successfully implement strategic objectives for student recruitment, audience development and fundraising, striving to raise our profile regionally, nationally and internationally.

Working with creative and motivated colleagues, the role offers the chance to feed into marketing, recruitment and development campaigns and undertake training to enhance professional and personal development. Added benefits include free and discounted tickets for RNCM performances, additional time off at Christmas, the option to join initiatives such as the Cycle to Work Scheme and blended working.
