Salary Grade: Grade 5, scale points 20 to 23, £24,771 to £27,025 per annum

We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, articulate communicator, competent, enthusiastic and suitably-experienced Stage Manager, to lead the stage management team. You will provide a wide range of production support for opera and other activities in the College’s performance venues (and occasionally at external venues), also meeting the needs of visiting companies using our facilities.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team provides the highest standard of production support, meeting (or exceeding) the needs and expectations of all those using the facilities, ensuring that all relevant activity within the College (and at any external venues) is correctly supported.

The successful applicant must be able to efficiently and effectively manage the demands of working to a busy schedule, on multiple concurrent projects. In addition, the successful applicant must be flexible as the role demands the working of some unsocial hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays in order to meet the needs of the programming schedule.
