RNCM Session Orchestra

+ Support by Loren Cole

Saturday 28 October 7.00pm

RNCM Theatre

Andy Stott director

Once again, it’s time for the RNCM Session Orchestra to cut loose on our Theatre stage. This 40-piece ensemble plays a pivotal role in bringing together students from both our classical and popular music degree programmes, providing them with industry standard training and professional performance opportunities.

For this Autumn date, there are some new names in the mix – you’ll be able to hear tunes by Vulfpeck and Justin Timberlake, as well as nods to Michael Jackson, Ed Sheeran, Amy Winehouse, Take That and many more…

Our Session Orchestra gigs are also an amazing showcase for other student groups and tonight’s support will be on stage at 7pm, with the Session Orchestra starting their set at 8pm.

Tonight’s support is by Loren Cole – a singer-songwriter from Michigan performing songs from her debut album For the Sake of Being Honest.
