Part of RNCM International Brass Band Festival.

Athena Brass Band is the USA’s first all-female brass band and named after Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom. As an organisation, Athena Brass Band is committed to the advancement of woman musicians and composers. To mark Athena’s festival début, the band presents a programme that spotlights works by female composers from around the globe, including pieces from the UK, South Africa, Norway, and Canada.
