RNCM In The City is our seven-month gift to Manchester of 40 free performances at 40 venues throughout the city.
Forming part of our 40th anniversary celebrations, RNCM In The City is a unique series that takes our music out into the community, reaching new audiences and enabling those who continue to support the College and its students to experience the RNCM in a variety of different settings.
Performances range from background music at familiar venues to full length evening recitals at unusual haunts - and feature current students, including members of Junior RNCM, from all schools of study - as well as a variety of alumni.
RNCM In The City would not have developed without the generous support and commitment of the 40 venues involved - thanks to each establishment for enabling this celebratory series to reach fruition.
