Discover RNCM

Our award-winning Discover RNCM open day for undergraduate and postgraduate study takes place in June each year. 

Open days for our Saturday conservatoire usually take place in February and provide a brilliant opportunity to learn about the curriculum and the wonderful opportunities available, and to listen to some of our students in concert.

These take place in January and are designed to give anyone with an offer to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level a more in depth look at RNCM life. Days are School-specific, meaning that they are delivered with principal study in mind, giving you a good opportunity to meet current students and potential classmates, experience lessons and performance activity, and absorb the day-to-day atmosphere. Information about Offer Holder Days are provided later in the year.

Every Tuesday and Friday during term time, our Admissions team hosts informal one-to-one sessions to give applicants the chance to ask any questions about studying at the RNCM. The sessions cover everything from student visas and English language requirements to fees and finance, living in Manchester, and accommodation.
