Job Vacancies

Located in the university area of Manchester, close to the city centre, the RNCM is a leading international conservatoire and one of the North West’s premier live music venues.

Home to around 400 employees (including instrumental tutors, lecturers, researchers and a range of Professional Services staff), we’re committed to encouraging diversity across the organisation. Our aim, where possible, is to be representative of all sections of society, ensuring that each person feels respected and able to give their best.

We strive to provide an efficient and highly professional recruitment and selection service incorporating appropriate levels of support to prospective employees.

Safeguarding

The RNCM is committed to protecting children and vulnerable adults from harm. We ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. The College promotes a culture of safeguarding throughout the institution. Staff in relevant positions will be checked through the Disclosure and Barring Scheme before appointment is confirmed (all teaching staff are required to be cleared through DBS before teaching commences). The College expects all staff to understand and adhere to the Child Protection Policy.

Due to the high volume of applications received for our roles here at the College, we are unfortunately unable to contact unsuccessful candidates who have not been short-listed for interview.
