McCallum opens Lennox show at Royal Albert Hall
Stuart McCallum, RNCM Deputy Head of Popular Music, recently performed at the Royal Albert Hall for a special fundraising concert hosted by music icon Annie Lennox.
Appearing with his long-standing musical partner, Ríoghnach Connolly, Stuart opened the show at the historic London venue, sharing the bill with artists including Celeste, Nadine Shah, Hoizier, Beverely Knight, and Paloma Faith.
The event, established to raise funds for Lennox’s global feminist organisation The Circle, marked the singer-songwriter’s first headline show in the UK since 2019. Taking place two days before International Women’s Day, funds raised from the night will support women and girls facing violence and injustice across the world.
