Aled has extensive experience in delivering music education to young people with an emphasis on widening participation and providing access and pathways to the most able musicians regardless of their financial background. As Head of Junior Programmes, Aled is responsible for the strategic leadership of the College’s pre-18 music education provision. This includes Pathfinder, an innovative widening access programme, Young Programmes, incorporating the College’s Engage Education work and Junior RNCM, our centre for Advance Training.
