We’re thrilled to welcome the Elias String Quartet as Artists-in-Residence once again.  

Over the next year, Elias will bring audiences into the realm of Felix Mendelssohn and his profound artistry. Be swept away by the poetic lyricism and emotional depth of Mendelssohn’s exuberant canon of chamber music works.  

Hailed as one of the most intense and vibrant quartets of their generation, Elias formed at the RNCM in 1998 and have had a strong association with the College ever since. Behind the scenes, they’ll work closely with our students in workshops and masterclasses, giving them unprecedented insight into ensemble musicianship.
