RNCM Strings Day celebrates the sheer versatility, beauty, and brilliance of string playing across a range of concerts and programmes. Our students, staff, and guest artists perform side-by-side, captivating listeners with their expressive playing and embodying learning at its highest level. View the full line-up.

A cutting-edge conclusion to Strings Day sees our students play side-by-side with Manchester Collective.

There’s a palpable synergy that only current students and alumni can manifest with their shared history at the RNCM, making this a truly unforgettable experience. Passion, energy, and innovation lie at the heart of their collaboration, and together they explore a programme that pushes string classics against contemporary sounds to create something extraordinary.
