About
Join researchers from the Royal Northern College of Music (Dr Amanda Babington, Dr Austin Glatthorn, Dr Anne-Marie O’Farrell, and Dr Adam Swayne) for an illuminating panel exploring the journey from archive to stage. This event shines a light on musical works that have been unheard for centuries, now being rediscovered and reworked for modern audiences.
Following the panel discussion, join chamber ensemble Baroque In The North for the launch of their new album, Friends in High Places, featuring the musette, a delicate, eighteenth-century bagpipe.
