About

The KNDS Fairey Band have teamed up with Aardman and the RNCM to you bring you the Manchester premiere of Wallace and Gromit: A Close Shave with live music.

Julian Nott’s original score will be performed live by a brass band as everyone’s favourite inventor and his trusted canine friend are brought to life on the big screen once more.

First released in 1995, A Close Shave sees Wallace and Gromit’s new window-cleaning business introduce Wallace to wool-shop owner Wendolene Ramsbottom, while the arrival of a lost sheep – soon christened Shaun – leads the pair into a mystery involving sheep rustling, the Knit-O-Matic, and the menacing Preston.

Our Young Explorers concerts are the perfect way to introduce children to live music. Families will enjoy a casual and relaxed atmosphere with performances specially designed to keep everyone engaged and entertained.
