Thursday Lunchtimes: RNCM Piano Ensemble
Thursday 5 October 2023, 1.15pm
RNCM Concert Hall

Drop in during your lunch break and discover our wide range of ensemble performances.
Our six-piano spectacular returns with a riveting performance of John Psathas’ Voices at the End. Fusing live performance, video, and recorded sound, join us for a musical exploration about human civilisation and our relationship with the natural world.
According to John Psathas, ‘The need has never been greater for the human race to think of ourselves as one inter-connected species, and to think of our one-and-only planet as a single home for all. The extraordinary film Planetary made this point so powerfully, it inspired Voices at the End.’
We’re also delighted to welcome pianist Dawn Hardwick as she performs side-by-side with staff and student pianists to bring this incredible work to life.
