Support a Student

We all need help when we’re starting out in life

Training to be a professional musician is tough. It takes dedication, commitment and sheer hard work. It’s also a long and expensive pathway, with many students leaving us with over £60,000 of debt. For many this is a hard journey to navigate.

The RNCM offers awards, bursaries and emergency funding to ensure that no young musician is unable to take a place at the College, or to continue their training due to hardship. We can only do this with help from music lovers like you.

With your help we can:

  • Offer scholarship and bursaries to talented young musicians, who, without financial support, would be unable to afford to attend the RNCM
  • Provide emergency grants for students facing financial crisis
  • Offer health and wellbeing services to support our students’ physical and mental health

We can only be there for our talented young musicians with help from generous members of our community like you.  Your donations, large or small, really do make the difference and ensure a bright future for the next generation of musicians.

They have already worked so hard to get to the RNCM, please help us to safeguard their future.
