Leave a Gift In Your Will

Each year, we are kindly remembered by music lovers who leave a gift for the RNCM in their will. These gifts ensure that a lasting, often transformative, legacy is left.

Most donors choose to leave a gift offering unrestricted support, enabling us to use it in an area of greatest need at the time it is received. Recent generous bequests have made a huge impact in many ways, including:

Student Financial Support: Supporting our students through scholarships, bursaries, hardship funding, and more.

RNCM Futures: Enabling opportunities for students to push the boundaries of traditional music practice and drive the industry of tomorrow. Ensuring that we continue to attract the world’s best professors, maintaining excellence across our programmes.

RNCM Engage: Helping us to break boundaries to music education by supporting our vital work with children and young people.

How to leave a gift in your will

To leave a gift in your will, all you need to do is include the following information:

Royal Northern College of Music Endowment Fund (Registered Charity No 504949)
124 Oxford Road
Manchester
M13 9R

We would be delighted to hear from you to discuss the area that would mean the most to you and your family. Please call Sarah Peach on 0161 907 5387 or email [email protected] for a friendly, informal chat.

If you are considering leaving a musical instrument to the RNCM in your will, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us in the first instance. While we deeply appreciate such thoughtful gestures, we are not always able to accept instruments in the future due to space constraints, need, and the quality standards required for student use. Please complete this gift a musical instrument form, and someone from the Development Team will be in touch.
