Accessibility

The RNCM offers a range of facilities for disabled patrons.

Parking and access

Please call Reception on 0161 907 5300 to reserve a disabled parking space. Wheelchair access is available, via lifts, to all performing venues and public spaces and we have low-level counters available in service areas. There are disabled toilet facilities on all levels. Guide dogs are admitted. Please advise us using our enquiry form below if you are bringing a guide dog to a ticketed performance.

Hearing assistance

The Carole Nash Recital Room, Concert Hall, Forman Lecture Theatre and RNCM Theatre are all equipped with Sennheiser infra-red hearing assistance systems. Two different types of receiver are available; one that can be used in conjunction with a normal hearing aid (which should be switched to the ‘T’ position) and one that acts similar to a set of headphones, enhancing the sound level for the wearer. Customers wishing to borrow either type of receiver should request one from a member of the Front of House team.

Seating requirements

If you have accessible seating requirements or need to bring an Essential Companion to assist you, please contact our ticketing partners Quaytickets by emailing [email protected]om or phoning 0300 303 4212.
