The cost of a Standard En-Suite Room in a cluster of four for 2026/27 is £221.07 per week. These rooms are available on a 42-week contract, inclusive of all term dates, with move-in dates from the weekend before Welcome Week (19 – 20 September 2026).

Important Information

All offer holders who applied on time and accepted their place by 10 February 2026 are invited to reserve a Standard En-Suite Room at the RNCM rate. The initial deadline for offer holders to confirm their interest in booking a room was Wednesday 18 February 2026. Applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Please note that submitting this form constitutes an expression of interest only. Reservations are confirmed only after completion of the booking process within the deadlines set by Unite Students. As part of this process, you may be required to provide a guarantor. If you are a care leaver, RNCM can act as your guarantor. Please email [email protected] for further information.
