Name: Jimmy Skerritt (1946 – 2021)

About: Jimmy joined the RNCM in 1998 and quickly became a friend to everyone. Never without a broad smile, he supported staff and students continually during his 23 years’ service, often popping into offices to amuse colleagues with his own brand of one-liners and Manchester humour. He took great pride in watching our students flourish, on and off stage, and remains sadly missed following his death in September 2021.

Did you know? Away from work, Jimmy spent many years as an amateur football referee.
