RNCM50 Fund
We know the power that music has in our hearts, minds, and lives; a power to unite and uplift, to help and heal. If the past two years have taught us anything, it’s that a world without music, if only for a short while, is an empty one.
The RNCM50 Fund aims to secure the future of music. It will support young musicians from the earliest moment, break down barriers to music education, and ensure RNCM musicians enrich communities.
Donate to the RNCM50 Fund today so that more musicians can unlock all that music has for us.
Chair of RNCM, Ravi Gupta will match every gift to the campaign up to £25,000, to double the value of your donation.
Your support will boost investment into three vital RNCM projects:
1. RNCM Engage: our innovative engagement programme nurturing musical talent with over 7,000 opportunities for children and young people every year.
2. Student Support: removing all barriers to pursuing higher education in music; creating an equitable and diverse student body, plus protecting ‘endangered instruments’.
3. RNCM Music for Health: training RNCM musicians to take music into special educational needs schools and children’s hospitals. Using music to enhance health, well-being, and communication for hundreds of children & young people in the Northwest.
Established as part of our anniversary celebrations, the RNCM50Fund will ensure that we can continue to fuel the aspirations of young musicians and secure the future of music.
There are plenty of opportunities to support across the year, from donating to our RNCM Engage Appeal, buying a ticket to one of our concerts or even attending our RNCM50 Birthday Gala. Or, if you are a local business and want to get involved, please speak to us about our RNCM50 Partnerships.
