Oxford Road connects the RNCM by bus to the City Centre and all of Oxford Road, Piccadilly and Victoria train stations. Oxford Road station is a fifteen minute walk away. Go to www.tfgm.com for details of buses and trains in the Greater Manchester area.

Road Closures

Please note that due to recent carriageway changes made by TFGM, visitors can no longer exit Rosamond Street at the junction with Oxford Road (as it is now one way) and are therefore encouraged to exit via Higher Cambridge Street or Higher Chatham Street.

Due to bus priority works, Booth Street East and Booth Street West will be reduced to one lane in each direction from Monday 19 September for approximately six weeks.

Work is ongoing into 2017 to redevelop Oxford Road into a pedestrian-friendly boulevard, giving priority to buses and bikes. Visitors are advised that there will be increased congestion as a result of this and to allow additional time when making their way to the RNCM. Please see www.tfgm.com/buspriority to find out how your route to the RNCM may change in the near future.
