Do you have a question? To help you find the answer quickly, we’ve listed our most frequently asked questions below.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made online by Mastercard or Visa.

Is there a booking fee?

A booking fee of £1 per ticket applies to most transactions.

Can I book accessible seating and bring a companion?

If you have accessible seating requirements or need to bring an Essential Companion to assist you, please use our enquiry form to arrange your seats.

Where are my tickets?

If you’ve made a booking and are waiting for tickets to be sent to you, these will arrive close to the event date.

If your tickets were due to be posted and do not arrive, they can be issued to you in person at the box office (located just inside the main entrance) from 6pm on the night of the event (for lunchtime performances, from 12 noon).

Do you have an age restriction?

We are an all-ages venue but recommend that under 14s are accompanied by an adult. Some performances may have a discretionary age advisory, which will be listed on the event page in our What’s On section.

What time will an event finish?

Our venue curfew is 11pm. More precise timings for live events are often confirmed close to the performance date. If we have this information, it will be added to the event page in our What’s On section.

What is a 'door' time?

Events will sometimes list a door time for the venue to open and customers to begin taking their seats. The actual performance may begin later.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and refunds are only permitted in the case of a cancelled performance.

What if my event has been cancelled or postponed?

If you have tickets to an event that has been cancelled or postponed, the latest information will be posted on the event listing. If we have your contact details, we’ll also try to notify you by email. If you haven’t heard from us about your booking, please get in touch via our Booking Enquiry Form.

Will there be any Covid-19 restrictions?

If you’re planning to attend a live performance in one of our venues, there are a few things that we expect you to do to help keep our community safe.

Everything you need to know is covered in our Covid-19 Audience Protocol, but if you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Terms and Conditions

Management reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request that latecomers await entry into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.

Tickets are sold subject to the right of the Management to make any cast, programme or seating changes made necessary by unforeseen circumstances.

Patrons purchasing tickets at a concessionary rate may be asked to produce evidence for each concession required at point of entry. Once tickets are purchased, money will not be refunded. Please examine your booking at the time of purchase to ensure that all details are correct.

Within the RNCM Concert Hall and the RNCM Theatre, in accordance with licensing requirements, members of the audience are not allowed to stand or sit in the entries or gangways intersecting the seating or to sit or stand in any of the other gangways.
