The RNCM’s innovative Make-it-up-as-we-go-along (MIUAWGA) Ensemble delves into the collective intentions and imaginations of RNCM composers and performers, creating music entirely in the moment.
Under the direction of Head of Jazz and Improvisation Steve Berry, the ensemble is encouraged to explore and to use instinct to find the exquisite balance between the planned and the spontaneous.
With no two performances ever the same, you’ll never hear anything like it again – literally.
