About

A once in a generation musician, trombonist Peter Moore made history as the youngest-ever winner of the BBC Young Musician Competition at just 12 years old – as title he still holds.

He joins the RNCM Wind Orchestra to perform Gunther Schuller’s Eine Kleine Posaunenmusik, a take on Mozart’s joyful and familiar serenade. The piece showcases the trombone’s expressive and virtuosic capabilities, vibrantly informed by the melodies and rhythms of jazz.
