Where is the RNCM?

The RNCM is at 124 Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9RD. Head south down Oxford Road from Piccadilly Rail Station towards the universities, or jump on the number 85, 86, or 250 bus from Piccadilly Gardens. The entrance is located around the corner from Oxford Road on Booth Street West and the venues are behind reception, past the café and bar.

How accessible is the building?

The RNCM is a fully accessible venue equipped with lifts to all venues, accessible seating, toilets and (limited) blue badge parking. What is the parking like at RNCM?

What are the RNCM venue capacities?

RNCM Theatre: fixed auditorium seating at 600 plus 50 removable pit seats if you want to boost your numbers

RNCM Concert Hall: fixed auditorium seating at 443 or 598 with balcony seating and a maximum 710 seated capacity with a 10m x 5m stage

Carole Nash Recital Room: up to 100 floor seats.

Forman Lecture Theatre: 150 seats

Can I hire the RNCM’s venues for my event?

Absolutely, although this depends on availability, the type of show you’re planning and what else may be taking place around the building at the time of your event.
