The RNCM is proud to have been shortlisted for two I Love Manchester Awards – and voting in all categories is now open.

Our RNCM: Young Explorers event to introduce children to live orchestral music in a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere has made the shortlist for Most-Loved Family Experience. The category recognises events and places that bring families together in fun, creative, and educational ways by sparking imagination and connection between children and adults.

RNCM Head of Enterprise and Senior Lecturer in Music Psychology Michelle Phillips has also been named as a finalist for the Alan Turing Award, presented to one of Greater Manchester’s brilliant minds in recognition of innovation and creativity.
