Carol Jarvis is one of the UK’s most in-demand trombonists, session musicians, arrangers, orchestrators, and voiceover artists. She has performed as Guest Principal Trombone with all of the UK’s major symphony orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra and every BBC orchestra, and appears regularly with world-renowned ensembles.

Carol has toured and recorded with a stellar lineup of artists including Sting, Paul McCartney, Amy Winehouse, Rod Stewart, Bon Jovi, Rita Ora, Seal, MUSE, Elbow, and Ellie Goulding, and has appeared on major TV broadcasts with Taylor Swift, Michael Bublé, and Harry Connick Jr. Her session work spans film scores, TV, jingles, albums, and West End shows.

As an orchestrator, her work features on Grammy-nominated and chart-topping albums, has been performed by the San Francisco Symphony, recorded at Capitol Studios, and featured during the Academy Awards. She is a Rath Trombones artist and serves as President of the International Trombone Festival and is the first female President of the International Trombone Association in its 53 year history.

Carol graduated from the RNCM with the highest honours, receiving numerous awards and scholarships in both the UK and USA. Her reputation for excellence continues to make her a prominent figure on the international music scene.
