As a Saturday Library Assistant, my role predominantly relates to supporting the junior college students from 9-1 on a Saturday morning. However, I also work Tuesdays-Fridays, at which time I am usually:

• Helping people find items in the library
• Checking books in and out on the counter
• Processing new stock when it arrives

I finished my degree in music from the University of Manchester in 2022, and my masters in economics from the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2025. I have been working in the library since October 2023. I played classical cello at university but now I mostly play folk music. Outside of music I enjoy books, boardgames, and birdwatching.
