As Senior Library Assistant, I carry out some of the duties of other Library Assistants while also doing a couple of other things on the side. My main duties are:

• Managing the Library social media (follow us @rncmlibrary !);
• Assisting the archivist and museum manager in running and caring for our collections;
• Helping Library users at the counter;
• Processing, repairing, and organising Library stock.

I am the newest member of the Library team and I have really enjoyed settling in! I studied Classics at university but music has always been my first love. I sing (currently at St Ann’s Church in the centre of Manchester) and play the oboe, and I am also a freelance administrator and social media marketer.
