Responsible for the leadership, management and development of the College’s Human Resources Department which offers a range of services aimed towards supporting managers and staff with both operational and strategic matters.
Key areas of responsibility include;
- Development and implenmentation of the College’s Human Resources Strategy
- Human Resource policy development
- Provision of advice and guidance on recruitment, employee relations matters, performance management, change management, equality and diversity, reward, welfare, terms and conditions of service etc.
- Safeguarding
