About

The award-winning ARC Ensemble hails from Canada with three GRAMMY, four Juno, and an OPUS Klassik nomination to its name. Founded in 2002 at the Royal Conservatory in Toronto, the group now celebrates over two decades of acclaimed performances across the globe.

The Ensemble’s mission is clear: to resurrect and reintroduce music suppressed and marginalised under 20th century repressive regimes. But this is more than artistic rediscovery, it’s a moral imperative to recover voices once silenced and reveal a more complete, truthful picture of musical history.

Joining us at the RNCM for the very first time, the Ensemble performs a programme that offers a compelling glimpse into the music the group has helped return to the stage.

Our Inspirational Artists series is graciously support by The Haworth Trust.
