The Leadership Circle

The Leadership Circle brings together philanthropists whose gifts provide strategic, high-impact support for the RNCM.

This is a critical moment for the RNCM: tackling the ever-widening gap in access to a quality music education, facing urgent capital needs to modernise our facilities, widening the talent pipeline, and removing financial barriers for our students.

Your gift will ensure that we can continue to offer the facilities, opportunities, and partnerships that guarantee our graduates are highly employable, innovative leaders who are ready to make real, positive change in the industry

Your commitment

We welcome gifts to the Leadership Circle from £5,000. We invite members to consider growing their support towards five-figure leadership gifts to unlock transformational impact over multiple years.

Giving options include: one-year gifts, multi-year pledges, and monthly or quarterly instalments.

What your gift can do:

• £5,000-£10,000: Support an individual student with a scholarship, contribute towards the costs of professional placements, or fund grassroots education projects
• Five figure gifts: Underpin new or existing programmes, financially support multiple students, or accelerate capital projects that benefit generations of students
• ‘Bedrock’ leadership gifts: Provide the financial security that the RNCM needs to respond to urgent priorities and sustain our long-term ambitions
