Salary Grade: £46,049 - £50,253 per annum (actual pro-rata salary £27,629 - £30,151, pending pay review)

The Royal Northern College of Music, one of the world’s leading conservatoires, is seeking to appoint a 0.6 FTE Lecturer in Music (Learning Support) to lead and develop academic learning support provision across the institution. Working closely with colleagues in Academic Studies, Academic Services, and the Student Health and Wellbeing Hub, the successful candidate will support students with a wide range of learning needs, advise on inclusive practice and reasonable adjustments, and contribute to the RNCM’s Access and Participation agenda. We are looking for an outstanding educator with expertise in music higher education, inclusive pedagogy, and student support, who is committed to enabling all students to flourish within a specialist conservatoire setting.
