Vincent Martinet

Vincent has been fascinated by the piano and its infinite possibilities from his first scales. After starting at the Conservatoire de Toulouse where he obtained his DEM unanimously and with the jury’s congratulations in Piano, Accompaniment and Chamber Music, his journey continued in Paris at the prestigious CNSM in the class of Denis Pascal. He was also able to benefit from the advice of such eminent figures as Jonathan Biss, Marie-Josèphe Jude, Christian Ivaldi, Jean-Frédéric Neuburger, the Wanderer Trio, and the Modigliani Quartet, to name but a few.
His young career has already been marked by several successes in international competitions. These include the international competitions of Ile de France and the 2021 Étoiles du Piano, of which he was a laureate. He also shines in the Second Concertos of Brahms and Chopin, which earned him the 2022 Albert Roussel and 2023 Alain Marinaro competitions, respectively. Passionate about chamber music, Vincent founded a duo with clarinettist Lilian Lefebvre with whom he released an album in Autumn 2024 which was awarded 5 diapasons by The Diapason magazine.
