COVID-19: Important notice for our community

In order to provide the best possible student experience and to ensure maximum access for staff and students while social distancing is in place, we have made the decision to remain closed to the public until further notice.

Information regarding our re-opening schedule and entry policies for our Autumn concerts will be published soon.

Staff are advised to check the Intranet and students should visit Moodle for regular updates about Covid-19.

Join our online community
Everyone at the RNCM shares your passion for music and we are fully aware of the impact that this closure will have on you over the coming months, especially those being asked to self-isolate. The role that live music plays in fostering connections and healing the soul in troubled times is undeniable and to imagine a world without it, if only for a short while, is devastating.

This is why we are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that we can still share our music with you, albeit virtually. Each week we will be sharing musical treasures drawn from our archive of performances, together with new contributions from our staff, students and alumni. We hope that many of you will join us on this new journey and perhaps make some new musical discoveries as well as encounter some old friends. You have our promise that we will not forget you.
