RNCM Students Compose for British Library Exhibition
RNCM composers Ollie Lambert, Max Burstyn, William Hearne and Anna Disley-Simpson have written new works for The British Library’s Russian Revolution: Hope, Tragedy, Myths exhibition.
Working closely with the collection and Performing the Jewish Archive, the new works – each inspired by the objects on display – have been created specifically for the exhibition and its spaces and give voice to the Jewish stories that form part of the Revolution story.
The pieces will be performed by RNCM musicians tonight (27 June) between 6.15pm and 8pm. Please note that you will need to purchase an exhibition ticket for today’s entry in order to see this event.
