This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in delivering the Royal Northern College of Music’s next chapter. The RNCM is about to embark on an ambitious new 10-year strategic plan, and our Development and Alumni Relations team is at the heart of making it happen. Each year, we secure over £3 million in philanthropic and partnership income, inspiring donors and partners to support student scholarships, community projects, and initiatives that define the future of music.
As CRM Officer, you’ll be a key member of this collaborative and forward-thinking team. You’ll lead on database management and ensure the smooth running of processes that underpin fundraising, alumni engagement, and income generation across philanthropy, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and regular giving. As our Raiser’s Edge ‘super user,’ you’ll provide insight that drives strategy, improve systems, and help us achieve bold goals. Your expertise will shape data-driven approaches to fundraising, pipeline management, and reporting – critical tools for meeting targets and delivering our vision. This is a role where your contribution will make a tangible difference to students, music, and communities.
If you have an interest in data, systems, or operational excellence, we’ll help you build a rewarding career in the arts and fundraising. You’ll join a passionate, creative, and ambitious team that values integrity, collaboration, and innovation. With a new strategic plan, bold ambitions, and a culture that champions creativity and growth, this is the perfect time to join the RNCM.
