RNCM Young Horns
Workshops for horn players aged 8 – 18 with at least one year of playing experience, led by RNCM horn tutors and students.
What is RNCM Young Horns?
RNCM Young Horns is a series of free workshops on horn playing led by RNCM horn tutors and students. It is a chance to meet other horn players and get expert tuition and advice on a range of topics.
What happens during the workshops?
Each workshop is different, looking at specific aspects of technique, but there is always an opportunity to play as part of a large horn ensemble, often playing music from films such as Titanic, and time spent working together with players of a similar standard in breakout groups.
Who can take part?
Anyone aged 8 – 18 with at least one year of playing experience.
